Dr Potorti was great he explained everything that was causing our cat to have urinary problems. With his expert advise our cat is back to normal. The front desk ladies are great as well friendly and helpful.
My dog needed emergency care, the vet I've used for over 12 years would not see him. I called the big valley emergency number and Dr. Kramer was there waiting when I arrived. He was wonderful!!! Took very good care of my boy. I can't thank him enough. My boy had to spend the night, Dr. Kramer called me to let me know when he had finished the surgery and to let me know my boy was awake and doing fine. Met me Sunday morning so I could bring my home. GREAT PLACE
